About Patrick
Patrick has been involved in racing, literally, his entire life. In fact, Patrick was almost born at The Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course following one of his father’s races. His father, Larry, raced in the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) for over eighteen years before handing the wheel to Patrick. He started racing quarter midgets at the age six. At age nine, he moved into karting and a successful and highly competitive racing career took wings. The year 2007 marked Patrick’s first karting championship in the MSOKC Kart Club. After a successful karting career, at age 16 Patrick strapped into the cockpit of a full size racecar and the path to his future was set. In 2010, he captured his first SCCA National Championship in the F500 class. For the 2011-2012 racing season he raced his Formula Enterprise racecar at the club and professional level. Some of his more notable accomplishments include winning two National Championships (F500 and FE), being selected as a Team USA Finalist to represent America in Europe, winning the 2011 SCCA Enterprises Pro “Rookie of the Year”, and signing his first professional racing contract with JAY Motorsports for the 2011 and 2012 seasons. After winning the Mazda Club Racer Shootout in 2012, Patrick spent 2013-2017 Racing in the Battery Tender Mazda MX-5 Cup winning the championship in 2017. After a championship in 2017 Patrick went on to Compete in the IMSA Continental Tire Sportscar Series in a GT4 Ford Mustang for Multimatic Motorsports winning at Watkins Glen International Raceway. For the 2020 season Patrick will drive alongside co-driver Joe Dalton in the SRO GT4 Americas Championship for Notlad Racing by RS1.
